What if an item is out of stock?
If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via email and a refund will automatically be issued to the original purchasing credit card.

How do I return or exchange an item?
If you need to return or exchange an item purchased from our site, please email email@example.com with the details of the item to be sent back and we will issue an RA# for you. This expedites the return process and makes it go more smoothly. Once you receive the RA # from us, please write it on the outside of your return package and mark the box with ATTN: WEB RETURNS.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days
- Merchandise must be returned in its original form
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items have any signs of misuse or damage after it has been shipped.
- Gas Monkey Energy does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the item back.
- You may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.
- We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
